The Birmingham St Patrick’s Day Parade will follow the same route as last year.
The Parade will start from the form up are at the junction of Camp Hill and Bradford Street. It will wind it’s way to Digbeth and the Bull Ring via the outbound carriageway of Camp Hill and High Street.
It will then retrace itself on the inbound carriageway of High Street to the Junction with Alcester Street. Here, all walking groups will turn right and then turn right again into the dispersal area between the junctions of Alcester Street and Chapel House Street with Bradford Street.
All floats will continue to follow High Street back toward the form up area when they arrive at the Alcester Street junction.
Within 20 minutes (approx) of the final walking group/float finishing, all Pipe bands will come together to form a massed pipe band.
They will all march together as the mass pipe band from Alcester Street to the Irish Club. Here they will about turn and retrace their steps to Alcester Street.
